By pioneering cloud-based call compliance, Callcabinet revolutionized the market. They made it possible for corporations to record and store phone calls in the cloud. With capabilities like quality assurance, AI-driven speech analytics, cloud storage, automatic PCI redaction, and more, CallCabinet helps companies adhere to compliance regulations and use the gathered data to enhance their business.
Our team was given the opportunity to assist CallCabinet in regaining its industry-leading brand status. I was the lead designer in charge of the visual rebranding and website interface of CallCabinet. My obligations included developing early concepts, providing creative direction, presenting and attending meetings with stakeholders on a regular basis, and producing final products for development.
01 | BRAND IDENTITY
Before diving into the branding, our team investigated CallCabinet’s position and how it compares to its competitors. Our team discovered that the company name had earned a reputation in the industry. However, there were no additional assets associated with their brand. With this knowledge, our team set out to create a completely new design and experience.
We restructured the company in the technology arena while also refocusing the brand on call compliance. Through visual components such as color and typography, the brand is designed with simplicity and cutting-edge, while capitalizing on the interconnectivity of digital technology.
02 | SOCIAL MEDIA
We supplied monthly organic social postings for their LinkedIn and Facebook channels to align with the new branding.
03 | WEBSITE
In collaboration with the CallCabinet team, we designed a new digital presence with elevated visuals to solidify the brand within a technology space. One of our main focuses was making the content easier for the user to absorb information presented within the website. I worked with the senior strategist to determine the best way to restructure the content and visuals to reflect the new brand design and sales funnel.
